to include baking. He prides himself on joining the old and new
methods. Jeff will demonstrate the creation of several appetizers,
bread making, desserts, then finish with a liqueur. $38 per

Presented by Brian Vetter, Professional Florist & Consultant. This
is an encore presentation for Brian. Those attending last year’s
class found wrapping presents to be exciting instead of a dread.
With Brian’s demonstration and tips, holiday gift giving takes on a
new look! His wrapping tips transcend into all gift wrapping. $38
per person.

Welcomed Side Dishes which Travel Well for the Holidays

dishes seem a little boring? Here’s an opportunity to create side
dishes which capture attention and can easy travel to your dining
destination. Presented by Chef Stacey Austin, Le Cordon Bleu
Culinary Institute Graduate and currently a Culinary Instructor at

Customize Your Own Class!

The Many Flavors of Japan
Monday, October 17th
12:00 Noon - 1:30pm OR
6:30pm to 8:00pm

It takes years for Japanese chefs to perfect their rice. During this
class you will learn how to flavor and cool sushi rice, then make
California rolls. Vegetable Yakisoba will be the second dish using
soba noodles which is similar to a Chinese stir-fry. This adventure in Japanese Flavors will finish with a tasting of Fresh Ginger Ice Cream.


Presented by Chef Stacey Austin, Le Cordon
Bleu Culinary Institute Graduate, and currently a Culinary
Instructor at Sur La Table. She describes herself as a foodie to
her core. She feels food is something everyone can bond over,
share and enjoy. $38 per person
