In this class you will learn various fall centerpiece ideas you can easily replicate
at home. Great ideas for fall entertaining, Thanksgiving, or just home decor for the season. Simple, fun, and beautiful centerpieces to put your home in the holiday spirit.  There is always a take away for those attending.

The Classy Kitchen Classes are a bring your own beverage / bottle (BYOB) environment.  Paid reservations must be made 72 hours before the scheduled class. Make your credit card reservation by calling 602-870-3530.  The Classy Kitchen is located at 7118 North 7th Street, Phoenix.


Thursday, November 9th, 12:00 Noon, “Spiralized?"   If you have to ask — you should come!  Presented by Chef Stacey Austin
A new trend — spiraling vegetables and fruit. Spiralizing tools can be simple hand held tools or machined perfection which attaches to your KitchenAid Stand Mixer.
The transformed veg or fruit can be tricky, they cook quickly and then you are left with soggy veggies…shoulda just used the microwave!  Come to the Classy Kitchen and Chef Stacey Austin will provide you tips and tricks to showcase your spiralized fruits and vegetables.  Healthy, low carb and fun to make!    The demo class includes Potato “Bagel” Breakfast Patty, Sweet Potato and Fresh Mozzarella Pizza Round and how to turn Parsnip noodles into “Parsnip Couscous” which goes great as a side to turkey.  And for dessert, Raspberry Jam, Pear and Ricotta Parfaits. Recipes will be shared.

Yes, you can have dinner tonight and/or a gathering with little fuss and delicious results without the stress!   Cathy Bua will reveal short cuts to fine Italian dinners.  As Cathy puts it “ short cuts are not guilt trips”.  Are your taste buds ready for Pasta Primavera, a Meat Red Sauce over Pasta, Salad and Garlic Bread? The grand finale will be Cathy Bua’s Rum Cake. Recipes will be shared.  BYOB, $38.00 per person
