A new trend — spiraling vegetables and fruit. Spiralizing tools can be simple hand held tools or machined perfection which attaches to your KitchenAid Stand Mixer.
The transformed veg or fruit can be tricky, they cook quickly and then you are left with soggy veggies…shoulda just used the microwave! Come to the Classy Kitchen and Chef Stacey Austin will provide you tips and tricks to showcase your spiralized fruits and vegetables. Healthy, low carb and fun to make! The demo class includes Potato “Bagel” Breakfast Patty, Sweet Potato and Fresh Mozzarella Pizza Round and how to turn Parsnip noodles into “Parsnip Couscous” which goes great as a side to turkey. And for dessert, Raspberry Jam, Pear and Ricotta Parfaits. Recipes will be shared. BYOB. $38.00 per person
