AN EVENING WITH BARB FENZL (Les Gourmettes Cooking School)
Back by popular demand, Barbara Fenzl, owner of Les Gourmettes Cooking School, cookbook author, and television personality, will teach some of her favorite recipes. The dishes are perfect for fall and holiday entertaining and you’ll learn many tips and techniques as you watch her create them. She’ll demonstrate Celery Soup with Roquefort Cream; Pear and Candied Pecan Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette; and Cocoa Crepes with Espresso Cream and Hazelnut Brittle. $55 per person, includes a copy of her cookbook, Savor the Southwest.

This dynamic duo is combining their “ex-spirit-tise” to show you how to liven up any get together, from tail-gate parties to elegant dinner parties, with a few of your own custom "signature" cocktails and cupcakes! Ross also plans to share his "egg-ceptional" egg-nog recipe just in time for the season! As an added treat, you’ll sample Lauren’s unique and delicious high-spirited cupcakes as she shares her tips on how to turn a hum-drum cupcake into a cupcake with a kick! $35 per person
SUMMER'S END BRINGS COOL FLORAL IDEAS (Brian Vetter, Professional Florist AAF, AIFD, PFCI, AzMF)
Summer will be in the rear-view mirror and it will be time to open the doors and windows to our beautiful fall weather. Brian will address fresh new design ideas to help us recuperate from the summer heat and begin to feel fresh for fall. Think glass and stone. Bringing the outside inside with cool touches and the latest styles and colors. Welcome in a new season with Brian and his creative designs and fun teaching style. $35 per person
WAKE UP YOUR VEGATABLES! SUPPER ON A PLATTER (Cathy Bua, Instructor & Catereer)
A variety of colorful veggies cooked water-free, fresh, beautiful to look at and even better to taste. Cathy will provide this healthy and delicious class to delight and inspire. Recipes will include a fabulous and unique eggplant parmesan cheese dish, eggplant and onion focaccia (plus several other focaccia bread ideas), sautéed green peas with tomatoes, and a yummy idea for preparing broccoli and cauliflower with bread crumbs. Cathy will show us how to present this meal in a dramatic way by serving it all on a platter. So, if you "eat all of your vegetables" you WILL get dessert!! Cathy will serve a surprise-flavor rum cake. $35 per person
